Any supplier in the AvidPay Network can enroll in 91³ÉÈ˺£½ÇÉçÇø Supplier Hub. Each supplier account in the 91³ÉÈ˺£½ÇÉçÇø Supplier Hub will have an admin user. Admins on the account are able to invite others from the supplier’s organization to use the portal or edit user roles and permissions. To prevent an organization from being unable to log into the AvidPay Network for Supplier for user updates, we recommend having at least two admins associated with the portal account.

No, suppliers will continue to invoice their customers as they currently do, and customers will continue to use their 91³ÉÈ˺£½ÇÉçÇø solutions as they normally do for accounts payable automation. The 91³ÉÈ˺£½ÇÉçÇø Supplier Hub will provide real-time visibility into invoice and payment statuses as they take place in the normal processes of invoice and payment management.

The level of visibility a supplier has will depend on which 91³ÉÈ˺£½ÇÉçÇø products a supplier’s customer is currently using. If a customer is using invoice software (AvidInvoice), then suppliers will see invoice data. If a customer is using payment software (AvidPay or AvidStrongroom), then suppliers will see payment data.
